DEAR FRIEND'S,
I'M BACK...
INGREDIENTS
For Dosa:
Method:
Soak the rice and dal for about 4-5 hours. Drain the water and grind the mixture to a smooth batter consistency. Not too thin and not too thick. Add salt.Allow the batter sit overnight .With this measurement you could make dosas or idlis for two days. For the dosa, just add a little water,if the batter is thick.
Method:
In a bowl beat the eggs and add all the veggies, coriander leaves, salt and pepper and give a good mix. Keep it aside.Place pan on flame and very hot, lower the flame and pour a big spoonful of batter on the pan and rotate till a thin base is formed.
Sprinkle some oil or ghee and then pour about 2 tbsp of the egg mix on top of the base.
Cover with the lid for a few minutes , so that the egg gets cooked well.
Flip the dosa and let it cook for a few seconds on the other side.
Serve hot. Either could serve with a chutney or without chutney. Both tastes good.
