Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups cooked basmathi rice
- 3 piecs chicken breast, cooked and chopped
- 1 egg, scrambled
- 2 tbps oil
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup french beans, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrot, chopped
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- black pepper and salt, to taste
Heat oil in kadai on medium heat. Add ginger and garlic stir until fragrant. Add onion, stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until softened.
Add other all vegetables, chicken and egg stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add rice in middle of the pan. Stir until heated through (about 2 minutes).
Stir in soy sauce, and pepper.
Taste and add seasoning if desired.
