Ingredients
- Raw Rice or basmathi - 1 cup
- eggs - 2
- coconut milk - 2cups[no add more water]
- Sugar -1 cup
- salt -1 pinch
- Cardamom powder -1 tsp
- ghee -to greasing
TO GARNISH
- cashew
- raisins
Soak the rice for 1 hour.
After 1hour grind the rice into a fine paste with coconut milk.
Then add egg,cardomom powder,sugar and salt and then 2 minutes grind.
When grinding is done,well strain the batter.
Then add 2 cups of water as mentioned in the recipe.
Heat water in a steamer and place a steel plate.
Grease ghee to the plate and pour half of the thoroughly mixed batter to the pan.Then close the steamer.
Let it steam for 30 minutes in low flame.
Take the pan out of the steamer and let it cool.
Cut into squire diamond shapes and serve.
