Pineapple Sponge Cake

Ingredients
  • 2  cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 block cheese
  • 1  cup butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Method

Sift together flour and baking powder and set aside. Add  juice with 1/2 cup of milk or enough to give 3/4 cup liquid. Cream butter,cheese and beat in sugar. Beat in each egg and vanilla until like and fluffy. Add alternately liquid and dry ingredients until all are completely mixed. Pour into  baking dish . Bake in 350 degree F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
